You will reconsider coaching competencies (ICF) and how they relate to Temujin's thinking codes, strategies, supreme skills, and the tools and techniques you used in the programs: (Supreme Change Codes, Supreme Communication Codes, Supreme Impact Codes).
As a result, you will be able to:
- Dig deeper into using TA® metrics as a tool to accelerate coaching. These metrics are not a goal in itself, but a tool to achieve a goal. It is a framework that makes coaching more powerful.
- Design effective and transformative coaching sessions.
- Build a coaching program that significantly enhances performance at the level of thought, feelings, and behavior.
- Apply coaching competencies, procedures, and tools to support clients.
- Cultivate your own charisma, and highlight your unique imprint in providing coaching.
