Introduction
This report is a very unique one. It presents information from different perspectives; how the leader sees themselves and how others see them (supervisors, subordinates, coworkers, friends, and family). It shows them the difference between their view of themselves and others' view of them with transparency and clarity. It reveals their strengths from their own perspective and tells them whether others also see them as strengths. If others do not see them as they do, where is the gap? It provides the leader with amazing solutions to balance their view of themselves and others' view of them to become the leader who leads by setting an example, not by power, and by competence, not by position.
TSL360 report features:
- TSL360 measures the supreme codes in a way similar to the TSD assessment. It has the same features as the TSD assessment, but it is a multi-assessor assessment. The report combines your self-perceptions with perceptions from people who know you well and are part of your 360-degree network. Both you and others must complete it.
Once you decide to do it, you will receive detailed instructions on how to decide and classify who will assess you, in addition to instructions for taking the TSD assessment. When all the assessors you selected have completed assessing you, we will contact you to review and display your results in a stunning way.
To achieve great results from TSL360, we suggest that the assessors be selected from different groups. We suggest the following groups: - Supervisors or direct manager
- Colleagues
- Employees of the lower level
- Friends or some family members
- With a minimum of three to four assessors in each group, we will be able to obtain very distinct comparisons between the individual's self-assessment and how others assess them. By discussing these results, an effective work plan will be presented to achieve the desired change.
How do you measure ROI (return on investment)?
You can take the TSLC360 assessment: Supreme Codes Leader Comparison 360 Report (with self) (TA®):
This assessment is designed to measure any changes in leadership effectiveness over time. When a former TSL360 assessment applicant wishes to take the assessment once again after a period of time to measure their level again, they will receive a report containing all their previous results compared to their new ones.
