It is done to measure the return on investment and change. When a team that has previously applied for the TEST assessment decides to retake it to reassess its members' skills, it will receive a report that provides a qualitative statistical analysis that accurately compares between the team’s situation in two different times. It will also show the team’s progress over time that reflects new performance results inspired by excellence skills and the seven excellence factors (positive thinking, life quality, keeping up with the change, problem-solving, relationships quality, effectiveness, and future anticipation).
